I'm breeding my kois right now and have a batch of fry that are about 2.5 months old. It's really fun to see them grow up.
I have 5 tanks setup right now and all have atleast 1 angel in them. Kois are my latest project and so far so good.

Wow, 5 tanks? Nice, wish I could have that many. I do believe that they are wild altums... 95% sure. Haha Got your kois to breed? Congrats, I've never seen angel fry but I bet they are ridiculously cute!!
I'll post some pics sometime this week. I just joined this site today and have a busy few days ahead. I only have about 20 fry that made it from this batch...different male and he's not too good. I have the original pair back together and I'm hoping to come home to about 500-1000 eggs tonight

P.Altums look very different . Wild Peru Altums(really P.Scalare) have an apperance very similar to altums but lack the definitive Barring.
