Little shrimp things on live rock?

I found some little shrimp looking things on my sand after I put some new live rock in my tank. What could they be? and should I leave them in the tank?

Without pics we can't say for sure but they are most likely pods of some sort, beneficial.

Look at the tank with a flashlite when the lites r off. U will see alot more of them.
