There seems to be a few around.
I don't think so they're brown . Course, other than that I have no idea what kind of critter you have.

I have no cleaning crew yet as I'm 4 days into the cycle but I've seen some snails surfing the rock and sticking on the glass now and than.

Hard to tell. The color isn't always a give away--I can't tell if that has a stump, or ifit's right against the rock? Aiptasia usually have a stump, like an anenome, and thinner tentacles then that. Does it have a stony button in the middle?

Looks like it might be a little phyllangia coral. Is it in a little cup? I can't see if it has little beads on its tentacles.
