Discus or Tropheus in 75?

Either one would work great. What are your water paramters out of the tap? That would make a big deciding factor for me and I keep both.... :)

That would also depend on what type of fish you like. If you are looking for elegant relaxing fish discus are the way to go. If you want nonstop action fish then tropheus would be the fish for you. Personally I like discus, tropheus are beautiful and exciting though.
Come to think of it... I could save money by just buying a 55 gallon for the Discus, and save the 75 for Tropheus, or maybe even Frontsa. ;)
75 is too small for Fronts.
A 75g would be nice for a colony of like 20 Tropheus. Do you have experience w/ these fish. They are a fish that should be well researched before keeping.
