So I have seen these guys around every now and then for the last few years and finally picked up a trio for my planted 60. Well I woke up today to one of them belly up.

Here are my tank specs:

1 x Fluval 405
1 x Penguin 350
1 x Koralia Nano Powerhead

Liverstock:
1 x Angel
1 x Discus
18 x Cardinal Tetra
2 x Rummynose Tetra
3 x Otocinclus
2 x Sterbae Cory
5 x Skunk Cory
1 x Juli Cory
1 x Green Cory
2 x Red Tail Garra (about 3" each)
15-20 x Assassin Snails
3 x Orange Laser Cory (now 2)

Water parameters:
Ph: 7.4
Ammonia : 0
Nitrite: 0
Nitrate: 5
Hardness: Hard (150ppm)

So I'm trying to figure out what happened to this guy. My LFS has had them for a few months without a problem. Any ideas?

Hard to say. See how the other two make out over the next week. It's always a possiblity that when it was netted, it got "bumped" just a bit too hard.

They were simming in the middle of the tank and weren't hit at all.
