Lost a cory... :(

Did you check your water parameters? How old are they? Are they acting okay? How did the dead one look? (besides dead) The thing I worry about with my tank at work is that one of the cleaning people might decide to spray cleaner in the vicinity of my tank so the last thing I do before I go home is put a sticky on the tank saying "Please don't clean fish"
