Ok I have a question about my water levels. First off the tank details... Last Friday I got a 20gal tank set-up. 48 hours after setting the tank up, I got two green barbs and a tiger barb for aiding in cycling the tank. Three days after adding the fish I did a 10% water change because the water seems a little cloudy. Not bad just slightly cloudy. Anyways last night I tested the water levels, just to give myself an idea of where things are. Ammonia 0, Nitrite 0 and PH 78-80. Are these levels ok?
Thanks for any help.

The levels are fine--but do not mean you should add more fish. In a 20 gallon, the small bioload will mean that it takes a while for the levels to become detectable--and they may never. The bacteria may be able to keep pace with the levels. I would keep doing regular water changes, just to prevent sudden changes.
For the cloudiness--pretty normal. These are free floating bacteria--not the ones that process ammonia or nitrites--and should clear up on it's own fairly soon.
Yeah what she said. My guess is that everything is going good. I'd keep it going at least a month myself before adding anything new though.
