Nerites with krib pair?

I just moved the occupants of my 20g to the 40g breeder and there's quite a bit of algae still left in it. I was wondering if nerites would be ok or I should just scrub it off like usual. The krib pair didn't really notice the apples in the 40g. Thanks!

I have three nerites in with my taenies and I don't have any problems. They ignore them.
