Hello all..again thanks for the help on my last 2 questions..I have a 90 gal. community tank and I went away with my family for a week..I used an automatic feeder and my lights are on a timer...when I came back i noticed some brown algea on my glass and live plants...I am going to do a 10% water change. While I was gone my tank also finished cycling with no loss of life..thankgoodness.
I am looking for some algea eaters but not sure what kind or how many.
Would appreciate any info.
Thanks

Well, I would do a larger water change, 20-30% water changes a week will really help take out nutrients that algae feeds on. Next, I would get a crew of otos, they are some of the best algae eating fish I have come across (and the cleanest too!). They are peaceful and only get ~2''. However, they do like company of their own, so 3-4 at least is usually recommended.
