Identify fungus

What appears to be some sort of white fungus magically appeared just over the eye of this silver dollar. Can anyone identify the fungus? Plus, I've noticed that the body of this particular fish does seem as "silvery" but patchy as compared to the others.

I'd love some feedback as to what it is and how to treat it.

Doesn't look like fungus, but bacteria, try kanacyn. Kanacyn has always worked great for me.
