Well, as stated in the subject, they look like holes on him, are reddish in and around the hole, and that there is another hole forming irght next to it. Also, the holes look like they have dirt on them, like how his slime coat can make dirt stick to it. Would this disease be the hole in the head disease or something?

Yes do a search on here for HITH (Hole in the head) It is one of those that has no real proven cure, just alot of speculation.
