A buddy and I met up while we both happened to be on Oahu for a day of peacock bass fishing..

After an hour of fishing we had lost count of the number of fish caught, after 4 hours of fishing we had lost count of the number of doubles...

We would laugh as we said, "Oh no... Not another Peacock Bass!"

Great company and an epic trip

Not yet.. The wife and I are already planning our return to the Islands.. Bonefishing is on the menu..

Absolutely incredible. Been fly fishing my entire life, both salt and fresh water and these guys have attitude.. Very aggressive and great fighters.

Sorry didnt see your post. I was using small clousers that were about 1.5" long as well as a fly called the Crazy Charlie that is about the same size..

Both in white as the baitfish in this reservoir are about 1/5" long and white.
