I'm ready to give co2 a try, but I'd like some advice first, I have 3 tank options 16 oz, 20 oz and 25 kg, for how long can they run before refilling, how many bubbles/min do I need ? I have 2 tanks 60 and 100 gal and plan to use it in both, Any advice?

What is you kH and pH out of the tap and also in the tanks? You will need a kH of at least 3 to inject CO2 safely.
What kind of filtration do you have?
Are you going to use DIY or pressurized CO2. IME, DIY will not be very effective for the size tanks you have.

my Kh in the tanks is 6, I'm allready using a DIY system and I'm trying to improved to a pressurized system based in past advices, I have a multiple canister DIY filter in both tanks with eheim 1060 in each and ocasionally a vortex
Never used those size tanks, and besides it really depends on a bunch of variables that decide how long a tank will last.
Do you know what your bubble rates were with the DIY systems?
You could start with that rate.
I have always started with a bubble every 2 seconds and check pH for content and adjust from there. I'm very cautious. I start out with the CO2 in the morning and check every two hours, adjusting as I go to try for 25ppm before lights out. Then I check again at lights on for ppm and go from there.
0nce you get it set, with a good needle valve and a cannister, you may not have to adjust for quite a while. Pressurized is a beautiful thing when switching from DIY.
Hope this answers one of your questions.
