my Sargent magor loach (botia rostrata) is no where to be found. It is not in the tank that much I know...

I made a mistake when I put the stuff back in the tank after changing to florite and his hidey hole was not open enough inside for him. and I guess he left the tank to express his displeasure at that.

no sign of the body though:(

check behind the tank for some fish jerky. If your fish commited suicide, I'm sorry. I hope he's just very well hidden.

Those loaches are the master of hiding fish. If there is no sign of him around the tank then I wouldn't be surprised if he is still hidden away in there somewhere.

he was up in the eclipse hood in the filter part...

and he has been missing for several weeks, other than being a little skinny he is fine

I had to turn my tank inside out to find my little clowns one time, I hadn't seen them forever...scared the hell outta me when I couldn't find them.

I heard someone not see their fish for months and then one day he saw it reappear. These guys can find some awesome spots.
