How to fillet catfish without skinning first

As the title states, I don't skin catfish the old way with a pair of pliers prior to removing the fillets. I made a short demo video with the help of Lab_Rat showin' how I do this:

It wouldn't work for me at first today, just gave me a black screen. I had to click the middle of the screen twice before it would load.
