Hood interior fix up

Hello all , wanting to spruce up the inside of my hood , I thought about the installation of flashing etcfor reflection but think this is to difficult to install at this time , So i thought why not paint it , i want to paint it Bright White . need to know what is the best type of paint to use? Laytex? ?? It is wood so i might need to prime it as well want to make sure i use "reef safe" paint. Any help on type of paint is appreciated thanks in advance :D

If you want cheap reflectors, go to local hardware store and get some sheets of aluminum. You can cut to size with tin snips and screw or glue to inside of hood. If you screw look for some aluminum or some type of coated screw.
