Two of my three male fancy guppies have found the girl of their dreams: My female sailfin molly.

They ignore my female guppies and spend all their time pursuing my sunburst salifin.

She pretty much ignores them and continues her endless foraging, but occasionally gets fed up and races away from them.

Is there any way to cure this behaviour?

I am considering moving her to another tank for a few days.

Thanks in advance

One of my male guppies is in love with my male swordtail...not sure what will remedy your situation though...more female guppies or moving her-probably the solution ! :)

guppies and mollies are in the same family Poeciliidae which can interbreed with each other. To them, its just another big female to mate with. You could remove her, or add a few more females and that should ease things for her. I recommend the 1-3 ratio, 3 females for every 1 male. This seems to work the best for my livebearers. It helps with male agression to, do not have males constantly chasing each other since there are more females.
