What to do about sterilizer

Ok, I can't get my CS u.v. sterilizer to work. After changing the bulb, it hasn't gone back on. I put the old bulb in and still nothing. I played with wires etc. and still nothing. Is there anywhere I can bring it? Any other ideas?

check if you have voltage at the bulb terminals, if you do take the bulb back its not working. If you don't check the wires from the transformer. If the wires are ok, check the transformer-with a voltmeter.
