Frozen shrimp vs Live shrimp?

are there any real advantages or disadvantages here? I would probably use the frozen for my anenomies, and live as treats for my fish. but is there anything beneficial to either of the two like in supplements etc????

I dont know of many benefits one way or the other. Just be careful of your source on live shrimp as you could introduce parasites and disease into your tank. Frozen shrimp would not have this problem.

There is always the bonus of gut loading your live shrimp for your fish. This can always be very helpful for your fish. But for your fish, i know people who do a mixture of live shrimp, frozen and also frozen krill.
