OOPs, meant to put this in newbie department. :)

Before I moved to another house my Fluval was on my 29 gal SW tank running w/o media just for water flow. I planned to get a couple power heads for the 29gal. But I can't decide what to do with my lil' Fluval. If i put it back on my SW tank could I put Bio balls or something like that in it?
Or, should I put it on my fresh water tank? (15 gal. long )
FW tank already has Aqua clear 150.

If it were me I would keep running it empty on the SW tank. Your FW has sufficient water movement unless it is really overstocked. SW tanks tend to need that much more water moevment and in case you need to add carbon to get rid of meds or something you will have a ready to go place for it. But I would stay away from any media in it or you could be looking at a rise in nitrates and more water changes. I assume of course that you are doing the whole sand and live rock / inverts thing.

Have about 30 lbs. of sand & 15 lbs. of live rock. I plan to get more live rock eventually. 15 more lbs.
