i was aondering if the following fishes would be ok in a 135 gallon aquariam that has some soft corals
-Tang either sailfin or scopas
-Dragonet
-some type of dwarf angel
-a Fridmani pseduchromis(afraid it may be a little to agresive for the tank though)
-Wish i could get some type of butterfly
-maybe some type of wrasse
and i guess i would like to center the aquariam around the dragonet but not sure yet

So here goes:
Tangs-Sailfin- is known for picking on corals as it ages so I would go with the Scopas.
Dragonette- only once the tank is 6 months plus. Probably go for a Mandarin.
Angel- Probably go with a Flame or something but that is your choice
Fridmani should be okay
Few butterflies are reef safe so I wouldn't risk it.
Wrasse- Any kind of Flasher or Fairy or Yellow Coris Wrasse will work fine.
Anyway, hope this helps.

six line wrasse is my favorite wrasse. I have one, no problems.

sorry to change things on you guys but i decided that im not going with a reef set up just fowlr its only because i have two tanks a 30 and 135 gallon and i am afraid that it may just be a little to much work for me because im still pretty new to this hobby and i am only 12 years old. i dont want to mess up and end up killing half my livestock. the reason i am a little worried is because i am little afraid of messing up on adding chemicals. So i thought about it a little and i wanted to know if i could get a larger wrasse lika a harliquin (sorry about my spelling) o ya i also liked the racoon butterfly but dont know much about them but i am willing to look up some info on them( does anybody know any reliable websites that i could get some good info on). i was wondering if i want my coraline algea to continue to spread should i add calcium

thanks for everything

had one more questian if my ph is at 8.1 is that to low to keep fish in and should i raise it if it is to low
:)

A Harlequin Tusk would do fine in that size tank BUT, there is a high likely hood of when he gets adult the Pseudo may be lunch. Racoon Butterflies are one of the hardiest of the family so that would be a good buy. Some other really hardy butterflies are the Auriga, Saddleback, Teardrop, among several others. This is a really good site to get info from but also www.wetwebmedia.com is another good site. It is run by Robert Fenner, a guy who has been in the trade for a long time and is very experienced. As to Coralline algae, I have never had much luck growing it under anything but Power Compacts and Metal Halides. Never had much success with the normal output bulbs. I do believe Calcium will speed it up along with some other supplements. If this were my tank this is what I would do:
Blue Tang (Dory in Finding Nemo)
Harlequin Tusk
pair of Cardinals (Bangaii or Orange Stripes-OS's are my fav)
Zebra Angel (medium size angel-not pygmy but not large)
and a Zebra Moray Eel
But that is just me. The tank is totally up to you and good luck with whatever you decide :). The pH at 8.1 is fine. Most people prefer it between 8.2-8.4 but I think anything above 8.0 is fine. Anyway, hope this helps.

Great fish but a bad choice with a mandarin. Hard to keep enough pods for both. Other problem is the six-line does not seem to ship well.
