clownfish treatment

One of the clownfish is showing signs of fungus. He's filmy almost cottony. Catching him and getting him into the hospital tank isn't going to work. The Q tank is cycling now.:mad:
How do I handle this. Are these medicated foods any good? What about treating the tank?

Well he might have Clownfish Disease (BROOKLYNELLA HOSTILIS)
or Marine Ich(Cryptocaryon irritans) or Marine Velvet(Amyloodinium ocellatum)

You might try a freshwater dip or a formalin dip. I'm not too sure what it has though. Give more details.
