My neons are acting kind of weird. 4 out of the 10 are swimming with the head downwards, and seam to float if the stop swimming. They are also a little bit bloated. other than this they are ok. They eat normal, and school with the rest, the group has been in the tank for about 2 years, no other fish are sick and no new fish have been added. Any ideas
