Anyone used "LifeBearer" To Treat Flukes?

I'm almost positive that my new oscars have gill and possibly skin flukes. The only medication I could find that would not kill the bio-filter was "LifeBearer".

It's suppose to kill flukes and fish lice.. apparently in 48 hours.

It contains....
0.0 Dimethyl
1-hydroxy
2-trichloromethyl phosphonate.

Just wondering if anyone has used it before, and whether it was effective?
