Sorry if this isn't the proper forum to ask this.
I ordered from them once before, a couple of weeks ago, but I didn't receive an actual VIP card. I did get a customer ID through e-mail.
I can't get through to a person on the phone, I guess because it's double points today, so I'm hoping someone here can help. I've just entered my latest order at bigalsonline.com. When I go to the checkout, it's asking for all my information, including choosing a password.
1) How do I log in with the name and password that I already gave with my first order?
2) Is my customer ID the VIP #?
