New Piranha is getting Sick!!!

My new piranha's eye is starting to cloud over!!! It looks like the eye is slightly bulging out too. It's only been in my tank for a few days, and I know it wasn't there beforeit was introduced to my tank. Can someone please tell me what this is, where it could have come from, and how to fix it?!?

We will need more information. What size tank is it? Has the tank fully cycled? What are the ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and pH levels of the tank?

If it is some sort of popeye like infection Maracyn 2 worked well for me. I just used it as the directions stated.

Same thing happened to one of my Congo Tetras. I put him in a hospital tank with lots of cover and no tankmates and kept the tank very clean. He recovered on his own after about 4 days.
