OK, under a magnifying glass they look like little fish they seem to be schooling and head for cover when I turn the lights on.
Pods? or should I start handing out cigars?:D

Mysis shrimp?

Few marine fish can breed successfully in display tanks, so I doubt that it's baby fish.

They're not Mysis shrimp I do have those in my "rubble pile" These are smaller and right now look like they are 1/2 eyes they are about 1/8th of an inch long swim like fish do with tail movement. appear to be shaped like a fish they have no color except for the dark eyes that take up big space on "head"

Here are my tank specks and fish list. I didn't see the little guys last night but I also didn't have a lot of time to go looking. I
am sure none of them will get to grow up if they are little fishies with a goat fish and a blenny to hide from.
