Ok, I've finally gotten a bigger tank, 80 gallon, 48lx18wx22h. I want to start a bw. I'm looking for stocking suggestions. Currently I'm planning to have a couple of violet gobies(dragon fish) because my wife really likes them. The LFS don't really carry anything specifically bw, everything is either fw or sw, even if the fish isn't. Anyways, I need fish that are relatively easy to care for because I'm not around all the time due to work which means my wife will have to care for the tank, which is going to take some work.
For filtration I planned on using a wet/dry filter and possible a cannister. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I personally like all the oddities in Brackish. If it were my tank I would do the Dragons, do a small school of Anablep Anablep (4 eyed fish), 2-3 Archers, school of Glassfish, some Mollies, some Knight Gobies, and that would do it (the only real odditiy here is the Anablep). I would suggest some Monos but they grow to large and really need saltwater as adults. You could also do a Figure 8 Puffer. Anyway, hope this helps and Welcome to Aquaria Central!
