is there any kinda KENT liquid suppliments or anything to promote cool looking live rock?
a

also i have one rock that came with a very small white anemone that looks like those nasty brown pest ones but it doesnt have a big stalk of a gut , any idea if i should feed it?

Good water conditions and some light are usually all that's needed, as long as you got good rock. If you're starting out with poor quality rock, seeding it with some really good stuff will eventually result in all attractive rock. As for feeding--depends on what you've got. Invert liquid foods, with lots of size particles, is usually best, but shouldn't be overdone.

I'd determine what the hitch hiker is before I fed it. If it is aiptasia or other pest anenome, you really do not want to encourage it. They will cover your tank, killing off other things that are more attractive.

Make sure it isn't a hidden cup coral- lots of newbies confuse them with anemones.

I think that hidden cup coral is the same thing i have been wondering about in my tank. thanks for the pick Cear. Do they cause any problems or just look cool? Wish he was on the frontside of my LR and not the back. :D
