Help, White dots on my Powder Blue Tang

Over night my Powder blue Tang is covered with little white dots on his entire body and fins. He is not rubbing the live rock or anything else and it does not seem to be bothering him. He is eating great.

I don't have my QT set up yet so I cannot separate him from the rest of the tank yet.

Welcome to Aquaria Central! That is most definitely ich. I would definitely start feeding foods soaked in Garlic and it wouldn't hurt (actually be really good) to buy a Cleaner Shrimp. Anyway, hope this helps and good luck. They are VERY tough fish.
