Plumbing Question

When using PVC pipe for plumbing an aquarium, can you use the same pipe cement used for plumbing outdoor sprimkler systems or is there a brand made specifically for aquarium plumbing?

Normal PVC glue is fine. I'd use a primer/cleaner too.

As long as it states that it is safe for potable water, you'll be fine. I used Oatey primer and cement purchased at Home Depot and it worked fine.
