clear water a problem????

i've had problems with green water since the warmer weather started. i could only see my fish when they were feeding.

i got advise from members here and decided to use barley straw and i got a new filter box with uv unit.



after couple a weeks the pond water is very clean i can see the pots and pebbles 4ft down at the bottom of the pond.

is this a problem for the fish? no algae for insects etc?

should i turn off the uv unit for couple of weeks?
