I seem to have a recent bloom of green algea on the glass of my tank. I clean the tank every morning and in several hours the glass is starting to get coated with a thin coat of green algea. The algea is very fine and when I scrub it off it seems to be almost powdery. I Have eliminated about all natural light to the tank and have added Phos-Ban to one of my cannister filters. My water conditions are as follows:

temp - 82
sal - 1.022
ph - 8.2
amm - 0
Nitrite - 0
Nitrate - 5
alk - 9

I was just wondering if there is anything i am doing wrong or something I could do better to eliminate this algea.

Thanks,
Doug

Right now I have:
15 Cerith Snails
3 Turbo Snails
10 Astrea Snails
10 various Hermit crabs
2 Cleaner Shrimp

This is probably a little light but I am picking up more as money allows. Do you have any Recommendations for types and amounts of cleaners.
Thanks,
Doug
