Gourami Fins

I have had an Orange Dwarf Gourami for about 6 months and it is very healthy in all respects (feeding regularly, mobile, etc) except it has just developed what look like a number of "holes" in its dorsal fin - any idea what that is and if it needs treating ?

It has happened over a period of about one week.
