WOULD COPPER TUBING (FOR A DIY CO2 SYSTEM) GOING INTO TO A TANK HARM FISH?

It prolly won't hurt the fish, but if you have any inverts (snails, etc.), you are going to have problems.
BTW, you don't have to type in all caps, it's really kind of annoying.

you mean copper kills snails?

copper is deadly to fish also.
It also makes them more susceptable to diseases.
