Need some suggestions or ideas

I will be setting a new 75G brackish tank that I'll fishless cycle. It will have AC 500 & Penguin 400 filters, a Nutrafin CO2 system, and a combo of southdown play sand (when I found some) and regular tank gravel. I plan on keeping Scats, Archers, and BB Gobies. I need some suggestions or ideas about which plants are best. I know that the Scats are rough on plants, but my LFS says there are some plants they won't eat, is that true?

I've looked long and hard (cue beavis and butthead laugh) for plants that'll live in brackish, but the water is too hard

the only thing I've found so far is java fern...not such a lovely plant in my opinion
