convicts has good coloration

my female convicts are starting to get really good coloration... fins are fire blue and sometimes red or orange. and the back fins are gold yellow with fire blue tips. my males are starting to get a bluish tint on their body.... what can i feed them to get the coloration more sharp and bright? right now im just feeding them shrimp.. tiger shrimp to be more detail... they eat good i tells you

hah athey are only 1' to 1 1/2' long yeah but i see that they are preapring to breed. too bad one pair is not all lovey dovy. the male is chasing away the female

they are pretty but they still have ich! grr cant get rid of these fools

I treated for four days and then raised the temp for a few...they handled it fine, scored, and are parents now

could you guy help me out.i bought two convicts trying to get them to mate.one is darker has darker stripes and a bluish face .the other has more of like tan stripes and less color the dark one chases the tan striped one around alot.do you think i have a pair.and there might be a touch of red on the tan ones hindquaters

females have a pink/orange tummy and lower side...you could check there...

in my case, the male has longer more pointed dorsal fins, but I have heard that this isn't always the case...

i'm trying to get a female convict. i got 2 males, and it's such a rare fish over here.

only 1 shop stock it and last i went there's only 1 and it's a male.
