How Much Epsom Salt?

How much Epsom Salt do you guys use per gallon for your weekly fertilizer?

I Just found a big carton of it in my garage and i wanna put it to use, i would image you dissolve it in some tank water first but how much per gallon?

1/2 teaspoon per 20 gallons.
1/4 teaspoon per 10 gallons.
1 teaspoon per 40 gallons.
etc....:)
