I want to know how I can stop or if I can get rid of the reddish brown crusty spots on my glass. Just whats causing them? I have a 75gal tank with 40-50 lbs of LR and 170# LS with some hermits and other little slug type creatures in it. I have only 1 fish at the time, a clown. This stuff is really hard to clean especially off my powerheads.
Plus, I have a problem with snails getting caught up in my powerheads and dying. Is there anything I can put on them keeping this from happening again?
