Of the ones that came in with the live rock/sand, most have stayed tiny, about the size of a nickel from tip to tip. A few have become monsters, with legs at least 5" (I have never seen the bodies, so I don't know where the legs end). Who knows what you'll get.
Mine started out as the size of a dime ... now they're somewhere between a quarter and a half dollar. It's pretty exciting to see how big they're going to get! I've seen the cetral disk of one a few times, the rest stay hidden except for their arms.
