I got a new fish tank to days ago. It is a used 20 long. I got it for $40. It came with a floursecent light, two penguin minis, a gravel vacuum, and gravel. I wont be using some stuff, but it was a good deal. My dad is also going to buy me metal halides.(finnaly) All i had to do was stack some wood.

Seriously, though, halides on a 20 long will be wonderfully intense. You thinking acropora?

I dont really know what to do with it yet. Its going to be a reef, but I really dont know how to aquascape it. I like acropora and montipora, pretty much SPS. With the lights Im not really restricted to much. I would like a lot of zoos to kinda fill in the spaces.

I have a few questions about stocking fish. Right now I have a chromis and a coral banded shrimp. Those are in my 20H. Everything will be move out into my 20L so I am keeping them. I have one idea, but I think Im pushing the limits and overstocking. I want 2 percs and 2 gobies with 2 pistol shrimp. I dont know how the two different species of shrimp will workout but I have a feeling there with be fighting so I dont know if it will work. I really think the symbiotic relationship between the shrimps and the gobies would be cool. I would like to have a pair of both. Like the clowns being a mated pair and the gobies too. I dont know how hard it will be to acquire a mated pair of gobies, but it would be sweet.
