I've read here, and on other sites, that some of you soak your food in vitamin water before feeding your fish.
I've seen a couple different brands of vitamins at the stores -- most of them say they are for either fresh or marine fish... So what brand is good for brackish fish? Does it matter if they are labeled as "fresh water" or "marine"?
Oh... and generally how long does it need to soak to be effective? Does this stuff need to be refrigerated, or does it last a fairly long time in the bottle?
