I just became a new member of this website and want to say Hello and introduce myself! I live in Colorado, where it is snowing in the hills, (ALREADY!!?) for the first time this season. BRRRRRRRRR! I live in the Denver Metro area, with all of my critters, (my pets) and have a busy life. If any of you hale from Colorado, I would love to hear from you!
I have two aquariums, one 75 gallon, and one 30 gallon. My large tank is a community tank, and smaller one is for cold water fish. My cold water tank is the home of my huge jumbo Oranda, who's named "Little Richard". In my community tank, I have a Betta, 3 clownies, 5 Dwarf Gouramies, 2 Kissing Guoramies, 4 adult Mollies, 12 juvenile Mollies, Pleco, and a variety of Tetras. My clownies are my favorite of course, with Ribbon, my Betta, also at the top of my list. Aquatics is my most passionate and time consuming hobbies. I have been a fish keeper on and off throughtout my life, all total 27 years. I LuV all my critters! They run the place, I just pay the bills.
My furry kids are: Baxter the Beagle, Sugar the Corgi Mix, Widget my Manx cat, and Air'n my crazy cat. Just like all Beagles, Baxter thinks he is human, and is spoiled rotten. Sugar is the mellow dog at the age of 16. Widget is the very sweetest of all flirty cats. And then there's Air'n,....who got his name from the stunts he pulls as he loves to fly, runs up walls, and has made several highly skilled, (and safe) leaps from my balcony to a nearby tree, at least once a week, just to catch moths. Heart-stopping for me of course, but he stays in the tree and sleeps!
I am enjoying this site already, and am looking forward to spending time on this site, learning and shareing as much as possible,.....hang'n out in chat and forums, getting to know everyone. You'll see me here alot, so come on by and say HELLO!
