Live Rock - Where to buy?

Any guidlines on buying "Live Rock"? It's in one of the aquarium stores here for $6.50/lb. Seems kind of steep to me? Any luck with online sources and how do you know good live rock from bad???

1/2" Pink Figi Sand
6.5lbs Live Rock
50lbs. local fossil limestone

2 Hermit Crabs
2 Scarlet Crabs
1 Blue Damsal
2 Black and White Damsals
