Hello guys and girls, I’m hoping someone can share their wisdom with me on what type of algae this is. First of all, it’s taken over my live rock/1 fish tank; my hermit crabs won’t touch it. Neither will my emerald crab. The very wirery stems (thin hear-like) grow along the surface of just about everything and then branch up into what looks like green pipe cleaners, (about as big around as a pencil). I currently only have one wrasse in the tank. And if there is a certain type of tang that will eat this stuff, I’m open to it. Thanks for any advisement.
