What do you think would be the easiest way to level a 72 gallon bowfront? I've cut a piece of foam to fit between the tank and the stand but I don't think it will work. It's dense insulation foam that I used and doesn't seem to be compressing enough to level out. Any thoughts?

How far out of level is it? What about putting something under the stand? Can you cut the foam in half or shave it to get the desired thickness?

Not to sound insulting, but are you sure the whole setup is unlevel. I used to think mine was, but I measured the bottom of the tank lip and then the top. The top lip was just coming up. If you are sure it's messed up, you could always try coins, or something small and solid under the stand. Kev

Believe me it's off quite a bit. The concrete floor slopes forward and to the right towards the drain.

I've bought height adjustable legs that I'm going to use. They feel pretty strong so I think they'll hold the weight without a problem. Going to put them on the stand tomorrow nite so hopefully that will solve the problem...

wood shims will work.

Yes wood shims would have worked but they wouldn't look the greatest. I ended up using 8 height adjustable legs which made it extremely east to level. After that I added a few support pieces of wood just to make sure.

Edit: Just measured the front right corner and it's just over an inch off the ground!

wow an inch you would have needed a block for that. it wouldnt have looked too good i agree. for small adjustments wood shims work great, you cant even tell once you saw off any exposed wood.
