Anyone use both that can give me descript differences? My glosso did well (until a 5 day blackout) but it wouldn't grow in the shaded areas. If Marsilea is not unlike glosso (we'd probably all be growing it) then wouldn't it look more appealing growing back around the swordplant or crypt, or in the shade of driftwood, through the stand of Vals? I'm assuming it wouldn't cover the substrate inbetween tall dense stem plant stands.
Especially the M. minuta...

i used to grow both. marsilea is easier to grow under dim light and doesn't come off the substrate like glosso does. it grows deep green under dim light but rather slow, but give it good light with co2 and it can really take off. also, the amount of leaves in each clover changes depending on lighting and water condition--anywhere from 1-4 leaves. very prone to algae when nitrate gets low, to my observation at least.
