My rams are sick, is there anything I can do?

Hi, I have had this female blue ram for four months, she is my first ram and she has 3 other ram tankmates. Since she is the first and the largest ram in the tank, as soon as I get out the food she's at the front of the tank watching me, happy and anticipating the treat. This morning when I fed them she didn't come out of her hiding spot to eat. She isn't foraging or wandering around the tank at all. She also seems to be breathing pretty fast. Though she isn't at the surface or on the bottom of the tank. The other rams haven't been bugging her at all, her boyfriend in the tank protects her from any onslaughts, including me. I haven't noticed anything unusual about her appearance, other than her fins are up like she is trying to impress, and she isn't losing her color at all.

no she hasn't had any eggs, and she has spawned before, and to her food comes way before protecting the eggs

I last added my 4th ram and a piece of driftwood two weeks ago, I have had her for 4 months.

Ok now 2 of my rams are not eating at the bottom of the tank gulping for air My fish are dying, I don't know what this is!
