How strong is the "bond"?

In my 29 gallon tank, I think two of my three angelfish have "paired off." I don't know really how to tell, but they certainly do follow each other around a lot and they never pick on each other. Unfortunately, they can't really find "a spot" because of angel #3 chasing them around constantly. I've tried rearranging things to give them some hiding spots and such, but nothing seems to help.

Now, in the next month or so, I'll be getting a 75 gallon tank for them, since they're outgrowing their 29 gallon home. I'm trying to figure out whether moving them might break their "bond" and whether I should just move the pair, all three, or just the bully?

Carefully remove the bully. I don't think they have a strong pair bond yet if they are still letting him/her push them around; most angels are devils once they paired off (at least to other angels).
