I am having problem with my current i have a 50g and i have 2 ehiem 600 powerheads in when i have them at max my clownfish can't swim in it they keep getting blown to the opposite end of the tank, i have them both on min at the moment.

Is there to much current in the tank when they get blown about like that?
 
Try gradually increasing it. If these are tank raised fish, they likely have never been in lots of current, and it will take them a while to work up to it. They have to build muscles, just like people.
